Copper Network Card: Installation Instructions

This document provides installation instructions for a copper network card used to connect Vigilon Compact fire alarm control panels in a networked system. The network card must be plugged into the master control board of each panel and wired to connect panels via terminals. DIP switches on the card set the node address and baud rate, allowing connection of up to 31 panels in a loop topology at distances up to 1.2km depending on cable type.
