NOTE: INCLUDING BUILDING TAXES AND ALL OTHER FEES LIKE


(BEAURO OF FIRE, CONTRACTOR TAX AND OTHER TAXES)

PERFORMANCE PERIOD
The above scope of works completed two weeks for the signing of building permit
plans and one to two months for issuing of building permit.

OWNER’S REQUIREMENTS

Certified true copy of land title- oct/tct


Photo copy of valid id of the applicant/land owner
Tax declaration 1 original and 2 copy
Current tax clearance/Receipt 1 original and 2 copy
Subdivision Home Owner clearance
Barangay Construction clearance
OVER ALL FEES
The overall fee is ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY VAT
INCLUSSIVE (PHP. 150,000.00)

MODE OFPAYMENT
30 % down payment Php. 45,000.00
50 % Upon signing of building permit plans.
20% Upon receiving of building permit

NOTE !
Maximum of 4 revision of architectural plans any additional revision plus Php
5,000.00 pesos
