SSD-4000-28 Measure To Video Output Failure
TITLE:
Measure to video output failure
MODEL AFFECTED:
SSD-4000
PURPOSE:
It is to inform the problem of video output and the solution for this problem.
SYMPTOM:
It could not printout or record to VCR occasionally, because of video synchronized signal suddenly
stopped.
On software version ver.2.1.0 ~ ver.2.1.4, when you press “EXT”, “NEW PATIENT” or “PRESET”
button on operation panel, the system reconfigures to LSI (Large Scale Integration) for video signal
mounted on VPU board EP4768 via I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) bus. However the system wrongly
reconfigures to LSI and happens incorrect data communication on I2C bus occasionally.
Since software version 3 and after, this phenomenon never happen because the system reconfigures
to LSI only at system starting up.
This kit is for multiple use as well (You can use one kit for multiple machines).
