• Compliance with Standards - IEC60947-2 appendix B, IEC 60255-4 and IEC60801-2 to 5 covering protection against nuisance tripping due to:
◦◦ Transient overvoltages, lightning strikes
◦◦ Switching of devices on the distribution system
◦◦ Electrostatic discharges and radio frequency disturbances
• Device can be equipped with multifunction aux contact of MCCB to remotely signal tripping due to earth fault
• Self powered - “no aux supply required” 3
• Instantaneous tripping at 30mA in less the 40ms for human protection

FDM121 - Front Display Module

The front display module FDM121 is a panel mounted

unit dedicated to display measurements (Current,
Voltage, Power, Energy, Power Factor, THD etc.),
operating assistance data (Contact wear indication, Load
Profile, ON/OFF/Trip counter) and Last 17 fault trip/Alarm
history with date and time stamping data received from
MCCB.

IFM - Interface Module

Interface module allows intelligent modular units (IMUs)
in the ULP system to communicate using the Modbus
protocol.These are DIN rail mounted modules.

The Compact NSX circuit breaker connects to the ULP

system by means of the NSX Cord.The Compact NSX
circuit breaker must be equipped with a BSCM and/or a
Micrologic 5/6 Trip Unit.

NSX cord ULP cables ULP cables are used to interconnect ULP modules within
a single IMU. They have male RJ45 connectors at both
ends and are available in several lengths.

ULP modules are interconnected by simple plug and play connection using ULP
cables, without prior set-up.

Earth Leakage Protection is obtained by:

• Installing a Micrologic 7.0.A control unit (Compact NS800 - 3200A/ Masterpact NT/NW ACB)
• Using Vigirex Relays and separate Toroids or Rectangular Sensors
