Guro21 Course 1 Region 1 Class 2

B C–A Dear Norvel,

Greetings!
Assignment 1 Thank you for immediately responding to my previous feedback to submit your Assignment 1 which is your Personal Lifelong Learning
Plan. I appreciate your honesty in recognizing your weakness in some of the literacy areas and your honesty that you experience
difficulty at first in writing your Personal Lifelong Learning Plan. This is understandable considering that this is something that you
have to think very well by evaluating and analyzing your strengths and weaknesses.
It is good that you were able to prepare one which hopefully will make you a lifelong learning especially for the whole time you are in
the profession. We should never stop learning as teachers because of the continuing change in our environment and turn over of
knowledge. What is relevant today may not be relevant in the next years. This is the reality in the 21st century.
I took note of your activities and there are some like in ecoliteracy and financial literacy which are not activities but expected outcomes
or goals . Translate them to activities that you participate in or attend, perform or conduct so that you can learn and understand. There
are many other activities that you can explore and identify which are meaningful and relevant for each of the literacy areas.
Since this is a plan, be specific, clear and focused with the activities that you will include.
Your reflection is revealing of the meaning, value and wisdom of this assignment. Good job.
Continue your journey as a Life long Learning towards fulfillment and success in your profession as a teacher of the 21st century.

Your Tutor,
Lovely Lydia
B C–A Dear Norvel,
Thanks for your re-submission. Given my comments and suggestions you now have a better and more focused Professional
Assignment 2 Development Plan. Though I can see there is still a need for further improvement especially on the activities.
As a teacher who wants to teach as much knowledge and information to students it would be good to explore other means/activities that
you can possibly have to acquire more knowledge that you can impare to our student.
Good job and good luck.

Your Tutor,

Lovely Lydia
B C–A Dear Norvel,
My
Reflection
I received your re-submission for your Reflection. This is better than the first one since it is in compliance with the guide prescribed.
Better too, in terms of what a reflection should be especially in terms of the significance and meaning of the course to you.

Good job !
B C–A Dear Norvel,
Greetings!
My Action Thanks for uploading your End-of-Course Action Plan.
Plan
I appreciate you for identifiying relevant and meaningful concepts which I am sure when you apply and share them, will contribute to
the development and enrichment of your teaching skills and competencies including your co-teachers who will take part in the
activieties you intend to conduct.
Relative to the activities you have identified and listed, I am wondering what you intend to do to apply or share the concept you learned
in this course. For instance when you say “promote learner-cerntered” what activities do you need to conduct so that you can promote
learner-centered as a Facilitator Teacher. The other activities are the same. I suggest you identify activities like seminars, training,
demonstration teaching or individual activities that you can have on your own to make you a subject matter expert or classroom
manager. There is a lot of activities that you can explore especially that you have the whole year to do it. It well serve you well to make
some imrpovements and changes in your plan.
Remember that a plan so that it can be an instrument that you can use as a guide to your expected goal or purpose it must have clarity,
focus and substance.
Your indicators of success are also good but you need to include measurable norms such as quantity and quality that will allow for
objective evaluation of success and performance along the identified activities that you plan to conduct.
Good luck and I wish you success and fulfillment in your various roles as 21st century Teacher.
Your Tutor,
Lovely Lydia
