Data Gathering Procedure

The researchers conducted surveys of grade 10 students to identify their preferred senior high school tracks and the skills suited to those tracks. Data Gathering Procedure

The purposes of this research, in surveys were used. In surveys are question that is about

their preferred senior high school tracks, whose aim is to identify participant’s skills that is

proper to their selected tracks. Firstly, the researchers asked permission from the teacher or

president of the classroom for the survey. In each selected section there are 20 grade 10 students

who will respond to surveys. The survey starts when the students receive the surveys. Lastly, as

the correspondent finished the survey the researchers immediately tallied the information and

gathered it.

The sample questions that were included in the survey are the following:

1. What track will you choose in Senior High School?

2. Why do you choose this track?

3. Are your parents agree to the track that you are going to take?

4. Is your track related to the course you will take in college?

5. What course will you choose in college?
