    ELECTROMECHANICAL TIE-IN OF WELLSA NO HH-86,HH-108 AT MESSLA
    FIELD,L95 and C-373 AT SARIR FIELD

    Subject: Completion certificate Provision

    Dear Sir,

    With Reference to the mentioned subject project, please note that the construction Work is
    completed during this actual worldwide force majeure and after a standby period of almost one
    month from 25/04/2020 waiting for the Rig move from the well C-373 and change order from
    the well G-315 to the well C-373, and attached is the following reports signed by AGOCO
    representative engineer in Messla and Sarir Fields:

    1. Hydrostatic test Well HH-86


    2. Hydrostatic test Well HH-108
    3. Inspection request Electrical work HH-108 and HH-86
    4. Coating and wrapping of HH-86
    5. Coating and wrapping of HH-108
    6. Internal Pipe cleaning record C-373
    7. Internal Pipe cleaning record L-95
    8. Painting HH-86
    9. Painting HH-108
    Concerning The hydrostatic test for the wells L-95 done on 04/07/2020 and C-373 done on
    07/07/2020 for the second times with a small normal pressure drop caused by environment
    temperatures change during the 24 hours hold time test period could be acceptable according
    to the Standard ASME B31.4 (attached scan of the chart and the relevant article in ASME B31.4
    code).

    Accordingly we kindly request to provide the Provisional completion certificate for the Project
    and the punch list to be done.
