Transformation Manager (TM)

Key Features of TM

1. Available Solutions
A transformative leader must have a revolutionary vision that staff will support
irrespective of the sacrifices and barriers involved in achieving the transformative target.
Because some adherents are slower to adopt a new approach, workers must be actively
encouraged to enact a radical agenda by transformative leaders. Lead by example and
acting as a role model is an ongoing necessity for a transformational leader.
2. Hand Coding and Code generators
Hand coding involves writing functional code or layout instructions in the basic
languages in which they are compiled. The alternative is to use various kinds of tools in
the original languages without having to hand-code them to enforce coding
conventions. And the generation of code/generators, or series of instructions, in the
context of a compiler, is the portion dealing with the generation of assembly code.
Normally, the programmer converts it to an input program's assembly language so that
it can be converted into an executable for a specified processor.
3. Engine based ETL Data Integration Solution, Database Embedded ETL
TL is a type of information integration that refers to the three steps used
(extract, transform and load) to blend data from multiple sources. It's also used to build
an information warehouse. During this process, data is obtained from a source system,
converted into a format that can be processed, and stored in a data storage facility or
other system. Extract, load, and transform (ELT) is an alternative but related approach
designed to push processing down to the database for improved performance. The
Embedded ETL tools offer ETL the responsibility of the software provider while giving
the customer control over the process, enabling new customers to be incorporated
cheaper and faster.
4. META-DATA Text Repository
A metadata repository is a software tool which stores detailed information about
the data model used for storing and sharing metadata. Metadata repositories combine
diagrams and text, allowing metadata to be implemented and altered. An efficient
repository helps an entity to create a high-level design or map of its documents, while
also allowing data to be better used across systems.
5. Data Quality and data Access to Data of any format
Data quality management (DQM) refers to a business principle involving a mixture of
the right organizations, procedures and technologies, all with the common goal of
optimizing the most relevant data quality measures for an organization. The last part is
important: the ultimate objective of DQM is not only to improve data quality in order to
provide high-quality data, but also to achieve business outcomes that depend on high-
quality data.
 Define marketing research and its importance to decision makers.
Market research is the process of determining the viability of a new service or
product through research conducted directly with potential customers. Market
research allows a company to discover the target market and get opinions and other
feedback from consumers about their interest in the product or service. Market
research is a critical tool in helping companies understand what consumers want,
develop products that those consumers will use, and maintain a competitive
advantage over other companies in their industry.
 Differentiate the following:
o Hand Coding and Code Generators

Hand coding involves writing functional code or layout directions in the basic
languages in which they are compiled. The alternative is to use various kinds of tools to
implement coding conventions without having to hand code them in the original
languages. While, code generator converts some intermediate representation of source
code into a form (e.g., machine code) that can be readily executed by a machine.

Engine Based ETL data Integration, Solution, DB Embedded ETL

ETL is a type of integration of data that refers to the three steps used to blend data from
multiple sources (extract, transform and load). It's also used to create a warehouse for info. On
the other hand, the Embedded ETL tools provide ETL with the burden of the software provider
while giving the customer control over the process, enabling new customers to be integrated
cheaper and faster.

 Discuss the available solutions.

 Explain the importance of Transformation Managers.
A business development manager is responsible for identifying an area of
opportunity within a company and implementing procedures to boost its efficiency for
the better. In this profession, the job duties include overseeing all aspects of the
organization, enforcing the necessary procedural reform, and improving the
performance of individuals in the company through measurable changes.
 Identify issues in Features of TM
o Conflicts - emotions like insecurity and anxiety can be evoked by transition,
leaving workers to take their grievances out on each other. Conflict is a common
unintended result, so as a leader, it is your duty to help workers solve challenges.
Conflicts can interrupt the timeline, so you need to interfere and mitigate
conflicts wherever possible.
o Planning - Change will fall by the wayside without correct planning.
o Setbacks - Setbacks are inevitable, but you can reduce their impact by identifying
them before they happen.
o Lack of Communication - You may be broken by a failure to communicate
planned modifications. Speculation and speculation are going to sweep the
company, and a lack of confidence will make it difficult for employees to accept
change, especially when they are uninformed about what they need.
o Resistance - naturally people resist change, because we are becoming
accustomed to the protection provided by our present conditions.
o Failed Embrace - it’s nice to initiate a course of action, but it's of no benefit if
workers are not completely committed to the plans. To break down the barriers
built up during the process, you should promote an organizational acceptance of
new ideologies.
