Appendix 2: MCT/MST Observation Feedback Form (Template) : Commitment To The Profession

The MCT observed Fatima Obaid's teaching performance and provided feedback in several areas of competency. Fatima showed commitment to her profession by being punctual, ready, and caring about students' wellbeing. Her lesson on subtraction was hands-on and used recommended tools like Whiteboard.fi and a Liveworksheet. She managed students well, gave positive feedback, and differentiated activities to meet different ability levels. Assessment included a Kahoot activity that engaged students. Upon reflection, Fatima realized some students struggled with the Kahoot and plans to have backup activities. The action plan advises having alternative activities if one does not work.
