- Hardware – handles and hinges, Tilt and turn opening system from Roto Frank, Germany
- Glass – double-glazing with two 4mm glasses, Euro-standard Float glass
- Accessories – outer and inner window sills included
- Guarantee – 24 months’ warrantee covering only factory-related defects
- Delivery – 8 weeks delivered to Lagos, Nigeria from date first agreed payment is received
- Installation is included in this special promo-price below

Dear Sir/Madam,
We proposed double-glazed Metal-uPVC windows adapted to tropical climate, for your project for the following
reasons;

- Residential houses deserve beautiful exterior and interior, coupled with high durability. Metal-uPVC offers
both, while Aluminium profiles offer only same durability as we offer.
- In many cities where humidity and vapour is high during the rainy season, Aluminium will corrode after 8 years
while the metal encased in Metal-uPVC profiles will never corrode. They are completely sealed from
atmospheric contact.
- Angles of windows made of aluminium profiles are coupled with screws and retain some gaps, while in metal-
uPVC, they are all welded. This also keeps away noise, dust and smoke when metal-uPVC windows are used,
unlike aluminium windows.
- Metal-uPVC profiles sharply reduce transmission of noise into the houses by up to 90%, while aluminium
profiles are high conductors of noise.
- Gaskets are manually fixed to aluminium profiles by fabricators, while gaskets are extruded originally with the
metal-uPVC profile strongly bonded together. This is why the gaskets in aluminium profiles tear away in a few
years, while the gaskets in metal-uPVC remain same even after 25 years.
- Due to poor sealing quality of gaskets in aluminium windows, dust and smoke can easily penetrate into houses
while with metal-uPVC windows, none of these can penetrate when the window is closed.
- Metal-uPVC sharply reduces transmission of heat into houses while aluminium is a strong conductor of heat.
- The metal-uPVC profiles used by Rotex Glass Limited are produced and guaranteed specially for tropic
climates by Europe’s largest manufacturers, KBE and Aluplast GmbH. For many years these profiles have
been in use in United Arab Emirates, India, Brazil, Spain and more. Temperatures in some of these countries
are far higher than in Nigeria.
- The tilt and turn system in metal-uPVC windows gives the home user several options of opening for
convenience. These windows can even be open while it rains outside, availing the house cool and fresh air
while keeping rain water away from getting into the house.
- The traditional metal sub-frames are not required before installation of these windows. This will save you cost
on such sub-frames.

3. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The Buyer shall make a first payment of 80% of the total value of project indicated above prior to
commencement of production of items on this order. The buyer shall pay an additional 20% of the total
value of the project on arrival of goods in Nigeria proven by presentation of bill of lading by the Seller or
inspection of goods by buyer, ten days before products are delivered to the buyer/proxy for installation.
