LEVEL: Elementary (5th grade) TIME: 2 hours


THEME: present simple ( daily routine )
Vocabulary Focus​ get up, take a shower, Grammar Focus:​ Simple present
leave for work, finish, go to sleep, every day

Purpose​:
This lesson plan will focus on daily routines using the present simple tense. We use the
present simple tense to talk about things we do regularly.
Examples:
● I (get up) at 8 o’clock.
● He/She (gets) up at 8 o’clock.

Objectives:

1. Recognize what are the grammatical structures of present simple


2.Develop students’ understanding and spelling of common everyday
verbs, e.g. go to bed, work, etc.

Warm-up the teacher will do a warm up to motivate the students to


participate and to introduce a new topic in an interesting
way to get the students' attention.
● The teacher will mimic different activities and routines
Let 's play!! that we do daily, the students must guess which word it
