1. Qualify the audience: Make sure that the people who come to your event are the right
fit. a) You charge for the event: it tells you they are ready to invest. b) Only invite people
who come by referral (gets you higher-qualified people)
2. Deliver the talk: something concise but powerful enough
3. Make an offer: practice before to avoid cold feet.

The intent of the workshop should be to create trust and bonding with your audience.
Feel free to customize the event to fit your style and personality.

1. Start with your signature move: what would you like your audience to feel when they
enter the room? This ritual is as much for your audience as it is for you (to get
ready). Pump up the energy.

invite them over to share on stage.
