are the ones who can give us the best answers regarding our products and how to
improve them not listening or paying attention to our clients is the worst mistake
will lead us to failure.

3- Analyze your competitor: here we see that we must study the products of the
competitors and that makes them so attractive to customers after they create the
product offering characteristics that differentiate them from the other so as not to
be more of the same with this it will be possible to know in what market are we.

4- Analyze yourself: at this point you should know what accounts to compete in
the market and the strategies to use in it.

5- Prepare your marketing plan: to prepare this plan you need data, formulas
and a strategy to implement it, short and long term strategies are also decided.

6- implement: each marketing plan must have second options this is called a contingency
plan this is done in case the first idea does not work

7- follow-up: with the follow-up we can know the behavior of the clients, it does not
have to be complicated, if on the contrary it is as easy as possible

8- Explore other opportunities: we must not always show the client the same products
we must be able to transform each one of them and place that point that makes us
different.

Finally, if we follow each of these steps, we will achieve success in our corporate
