    PROMISSORY NOTE

    FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Spouses _______________________ and ___________________________, (the


    “BORROWER”) both Filipinos, of legal age and with postal address at _____________________
    unconditionally promise to pay jointly and severally to the order of _____(the “LENDER”),
    his heirs or assigns, the sum of PHILIPPINE PESOS: _______________________________________ (₱
    __________) within a period of xx YEARS, counted from the date of execution of this Note,
    which the BORROWER shall pay without need of notice or demand.

    Acceptance by the LENDER, his heirs or assigns of any payment after due date shall not
    constitute an extension of the time of payment nor a modification of the terms of this Note.
    Failure or delay in exercising any right or power of the LENDER, his heirs or assigns to
    collect the amount under this Note shall not operate as a waiver.

    In case this Note is referred to legal counsel for collection, the BORROWER agrees to pay
    attorney’s fees in the sum equivalent to xx Percent (xx%) of the total claim but in no case
    less than Philippine Pesos: xxx Thousand (₱ xxx,000.00), aside from other
    necessary/incidental costs and expenses of litigation.

    All legal action arising from this Note shall be brought solely in the proper courts of the
    Province of Pampanga, Philippines to the exclusion of all other courts.

    This Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic
    of the Philippines.
