Shopping Mall Management

Objective:-
The objective is to give a simplified version of the functions performed in a
basic shopping complex mall. This’ll give a brief idea about the overview of the
mall.

Scope:-
The scope of the project will mainly revolve between the functions like the
accounts department, sales department, staff and customer information, shop
information, feedback system and other several areas and departments. We’ll be
using usecase diagram that’ll help us to understand what in real is being
managed in a shopping complex and give a simplified view with the help of
primary and secondary actors. Some of the scopes that’ll be discussed are:-

 Ordering Goods
 Selling Goods
 Bill information
 Security Check
 Help Desk to provide assistance to customers
 Buy Item(Customer)
 Make Payment(Customer)
 Supplier Information
 Retailer Information etc.
