    P1B : Issue with concrete quality still happened same as previous time. DIBP should improve and

    solve this problem. KPBP should not have used this concrete to place in bored hole.

    P1E : Casting concrete until reach the initial setting time, spent more than 4 hours and 20 minutes,

    is not acceptable. The paste of concrete has already lost it plasticity.
