DokaScaff is built with
fewer main components
Fewer main components lead to a significant reduction of commissioning
quantities. Regardless of the requirements, up to 80% of the material is
reusable for different applications
This will reduce investment costs and increase utilisation rates while
benefiting from an assembly sequence that follows the same principle for
all applications. A high return on investment is also underlined by the hot
dipped galvanisation on structural components.

Main Components
Standards Ledgers
Standards are available All ledgers are available in lengths of 39 cm, 73 cm, 109 cm,
in 50 cm increments 140 cm, 157 cm, 207 cm, 257 cm, and 307 cm.
starting from 50 cm to They are connected to the standards by clamping the terminals to
300 cm. Rosettes are the rosettes with wedges. The wedges are attached to the terminals
welded to the tubes in avoiding the possibility of loose components.
50 cm increments.
Diagonals
Diagonals are available in various lengths that match the dimensions
of the ledgers and with different heights to adapt to the varying
requirements. The same terminals, including the non-detachable
wedges are used to connect the diagonals to the rosettes.
4
Base Jacks and Base Collars
As the first component of the DokaScaff system to be
assembled, the base jacks ensure the correct transfer of
loads to the ground and come equipped with a spindle for
height adjustment.
Standards
Standards ensure the transfer of vertical loads.
They have rosettes welded every 50 cm where ledgers
and diagonal braces can be placed.
Ledgers
With two terminals to fit the rosettes, they are used as a transom
ledger and/or guardrail and always serves as a structural element.
Different dimensions are available for multiple applications.
Diagonal Braces
With articulated terminal heads at both ends, they ensure the
rigidity of the scaffold assembly.
Steel Decks
In order to provide maximum strength and safety, our walking
platforms are made of steel and include a perforated surface,
allowing for water to pass through while providing sufficient grip
for site teams. Each steel deck comes with an anti-lifting device
and is available in all ledger dimensions, and in two widths;
19 cm and 32 cm.
Access Deck
The access deck with a built-in trapdoor provides easy passage
within the working area, while a fixed ladder provides safe access
between levels. Both stairs and platform surfaces are anti-slip, and
different lengths are available to ensure access for any ledger size.
Stairways
Made from either steel or aluminium and available in different
widths and lengths, the lightweight quality of our stairways
enable easy and safe handling. The variable landing areas built
within the stairways allow for greater versatility.

Accessories
Double Ledgers
Double ledgers are horizontal components which have
increased load-bearing capacities. They are used as
trusses to support decking and are mainly used in
conjunction with wider scaffolding applications such
as birdcage, cantilever or suspended scaffolding.
Brackets
Brackets enable the decking floor to be extended
and are available in three dimensions to accomodate
between one and three steel decks.
Lattice Girder
Lattice girders are an ideal way to provide a wider span or to
reduce the volume of scaffolding required. They can also
support steel decks.
Accessories
Shoring screw-jack heads
With the integration of shoring heads, DokaScaff can also be used
as a shoring solution. Available in either four-way and U-head
formats, heads can be used as per design requirements.
Anchoring Shoe
Whenever anchoring is needed with a greater bearing capacity,
this anchoring shoe is ideal at providing quick and safe support
by allowing the transfer of horizontal loads and simply using
scaffolding tubes and couplers.
Anchor Tube
Transferring the lateral loads of the scaffold to the structure surface,
anchor tubes can be fixed to the express anchor or eye bolt ensuring
greater stability.
Express Anchor
It's safe, easy to use and has a durable lifespan.
Eye Bolt
In addition to the express anchor, the eye bolt can be used in
conjunction with the plastic rawl plug to support the installation
of the anchor tube.
8
Flexibility Multiple Applications
A 360-degree connection rosette with eight holes provides
maximum flexibility in terms of application
Whatever it takes
The highly flexible rosettes on the strandards create a fully adaptable system
in terms of geometry and shape, where ledgers and diagonal braces can be
placed on the same rosette.
The four smaller holes allow for exact 90° placement of ledgers. The four
bigger holes allow for the placement of ledgers at various angles, giving the
possibility of doing angular and/or circular scaffolds.
Intuitive connections
Slide the wedge onto the rosette and the element is automatically
secured in position.
Simple lock
One blow of the hammer and the connection can be made rigid
and capable for bearing/transferring loads.
10
Sequence is key High Performance
High-speed assembly is made possible thanks to DokaScaff's logical assembly sequence, regardless
of application
Step 1
Position the base jacks and base collars at the planned longitudinal
and transverse spacings by laying out ledgers. If necessary, provide
load-distributing sole plates (equalising plate, timber planks). For an
inclined slope use a compensation plate or a swivel base jack.
Step 2
Before the wedges are hammered in, check the horizontal position
of the ledgers using a spirit level and check the squareness. After
wedging, the scaffold has the appropriate layout for further
erection to be carried out easily without any major realignment.
To proceed, install the standards on top of the collars and connect
them immediately with the next level of ledgers and diagonals.
Step 3
Install the steel decks or access decks and any other accessories such
ladders and toeboards. Before starting the next level, install ledgers
which also act as guardrails and anchor points for the fall-arrest system
for the next assembly stop.

Stair Towers All-round Safety
The safest way to provide access on site
Different widths enable different configurations, meaning greater flexibility in providing the right access for any area. The 8-leg stair tower
comes with wider steps in either aluminium or steel staircases, enabling two-way traffic. Even materials and tools can be easily manoevered
within this spacious stair tower. Additional steel decks provide both stable and wide landings.

Crane Lifting Cost Efficient
DokaScaff can be lifted with few adaptations
Hinged Pin
Hinged pins are used to lock the scaffolding standards together
for safety purposes. Before lifting, it is important to ensure all the
vertical members are joined together by the hinged pin.
Lifting operation
After inserting the hinged pins and the base jack retention, the
scaffold is ready to be lifted.
Note: Ensure the slings are suitable to carry the scaffolding load.
All-round Safety
Worker protection throughout the assembly process was a major priority when it came to designing
DokaScaff
Toeboard Handrail
Anchor Points
Tested anchorage points for personal fall-arrest systems (PFAS)
enhance safety during system assembly.
Advanced Guardrail
Advanced guardrails are particularly important for crew who are
either assembling or dismantling low-level scaffolds where the
available anchor points are insufficient for a deployed fall-arrest
system. It also offers scaffolders who are working at height an
added level of security.
