drafted and followed up on the office purchases and payments requests, managed office programs in the
offices supplies hence receiving and making releases orders, supported managers ,reviewed ,tracking sheets
and shared supplied chains periodically, participated in the development of quarterly procurements plans ,
acted as liaison between program ,supplier, finance and human Resource and senior managements,
organized a filing systems ,maintain a program calendars and schedules appointments ,meetings ,training
activities and programs ,Conducted needs assessment, identification and verification of livelihood
programs-support the livelihood sectorin Post Distribution Monitoring, farmer groups formation and
sensitization, project implementation and technical backstopping, VSLA, alternative livelihood and IGAs,
