Note: Their table is misleading. The sensors that are listed with a range in absolute have calibration tables given in relative. It's obviously offset by exactly 14.7, however,
so conversion is easy.

MAP Sensor Calibrations are entered into AccessTUNER as "multiplier" and "offset". These values are based on the linear equation y=mx+b, where y = MAP, m = multipler,
x = sensor output voltage and b = offset. These values are input into AccessTUNER as in PSIa, assuming standard units are selected. Thus the importance for converting
into an absolute output as done above, if neccesary.

1 PSI = 51,7149326 torr (mm/Hg) * Conversion factors from Google

1 PSI = 0,0689475729 bar
1 PSI = 6,89475729 kpa

DIY Map Sensor Calibration Calculator:

With two known points and absolute pressure unit types, any linear MAP sensor calibration can be quickly calculated
(y=mx+b). The calibration data can be entered as volts against Kpa, PSIa or BAR:

Voltage (x) Abs. Pressure/Output (y)

Enter Point 1 -> 0,500 0,000
Enter Point 2 -> 4,500 689,000

AccessTUNER Calibration Values:

If sensor input values (cells C99-C100) are in Kpa:

Offset: -12,491 PSIa

If sensor input values (cells C99-C100) are in PSIa:

Multiplier: 172,250 PSIa

If sensor input values (cells C99-C100) are in BAR:

NOTE: Data for FIC1100 has been updated to reflect newer information from mfg. The physical injector remained unchanged.
NOTE: Latency data provided is for a stock 3 bar (43.5psi) base pressure. Please contact mfg for latency data at higher base pressures.

Operating Fuel Pressure of Fuel System at Full Manifold Relative Pressure 75 PSI

Most OEM FPRs operate at a 1:1 ratio and they work up to a given relative pressure (boost) at which point the FPR
can no longer raise the fuel pressure. The failure point of a stock FPR is usually around 18-24psi. This is usually
a mechanical limitation that has been engineered into the system to keep the cost of the production FPRs down. If
you are going to continuously run more relative pressure (boost) than this then you may want to upgrade your FPR.

Air/Fuel Ratio is always computed on the basis of ratios of MASS (not volume). The following is a 1,27 0,7856 18,69 17,97 13,64 12,43 11,46 8,24 19,99 18,46
computation of the theoretical E100 (100% ethanol, C2H6O) Air Fuel Ratio, based on 1,27 0,7898 18,59 17,87 13,56 12,36 11,40 8,19 19,88 18,36
stoichiometric (perfect combustion) principles: C2H6O + 3 O2 = 2 CO2 + 3 H2O 1,26 0,7941 18,49 17,78 13,49 12,29 11,34 8,15 19,77 18,26
1,25 0,7984 18,39 17,68 13,42 12,23 11,28 8,10 19,67 18,16
1 mol x 46.0684 g/mol Ethanol : 3 mol x 2 x 15.9994 g/mol Oxygen 1,25 0,8027 18,29 17,59 13,34 12,16 11,22 8,06 19,56 18,06
1,24 0,8071 18,19 17,49 13,27 12,09 11,16 8,02 19,45 17,96
46.0684 : 95.9964 = 1:2.0838 for the fuel:oxygen ratio for perfect (i.e., stoichiometric) combustion. 1,23 0,8116 18,09 17,39 13,20 12,03 11,10 7,97 19,34 17,87
1,23 0,8161 17,99 17,30 13,12 11,96 11,03 7,93 19,24 17,77
Oxygen is 20.9% of air by volume, or equivalently, 23.133% of air by mass, assuming that 1,22 0,8207 17,89 17,20 13,05 11,89 10,97 7,88 19,13 17,67
atmospheric gases behave as ideal gases. 1,21 0,8253 17,79 17,11 12,98 11,83 10,91 7,84 19,02 17,57
1,20 0,8299 17,69 17,01 12,91 11,76 10,85 7,80 18,92 17,47
Hence, the theoretical stoichiometric air fuel ratio for E100 (100% ethanol) is: 1,20 0,8347 17,59 16,91 12,83 11,70 10,79 7,75 18,81 17,37
(2.0838/0.23133) : 1 = 9.0078 : 1 1,19 0,8394 17,49 16,82 12,76 11,63 10,73 7,71 18,70 17,27
1,18 0,8443 17,39 16,72 12,69 11,56 10,67 7,66 18,60 17,17
So, for E85 (summer blend), the theoretical stoichiometric air fuel ratio can be calculated as: 1,18 0,8491 17,29 16,63 12,61 11,50 10,60 7,62 18,49 17,08
0.85 x 9.0078 + 0.15 x 14.7 = 9.8616 1,17 0,8541 17,19 16,53 12,54 11,43 10,54 7,58 18,38 16,98
1,16 0,8591 17,09 16,43 12,47 11,36 10,48 7,53 18,28 16,88
Likewise, for E85 (winter blend), the theoretical stoichiometric air fuel ratio can be calculated as: 1,16 0,8641 16,99 16,34 12,40 11,30 10,42 7,49 18,17 16,78
0.70 x 9.0078 + 0.30 x 14.7 = 10.7155, which is closer to the gasoline air fuel ratio. 1,15 0,8692 16,89 16,24 12,32 11,23 10,36 7,44 18,06 16,68
1,14 0,8744 16,79 16,14 12,25 11,16 10,30 7,40 17,96 16,58
1,14 0,8796 16,69 16,05 12,18 11,10 10,24 7,36 17,85 16,48
1,13 0,8849 16,59 15,95 12,10 11,03 10,18 7,31 17,74 16,39
OCTANE MIXTURE CALCULATOR 1,12 0,8903 16,49 15,86 12,03 10,96 10,11 7,27 17,63 16,29
1,12 0,8957 16,39 15,76 11,96 10,90 10,05 7,22 17,53 16,19
If I have 7 gallons of 94 octane fuel and I mix it with 1,11 0,9012 16,29 15,66 11,89 10,83 9,99 7,18 17,42 16,09
5 gallons of 100 octane fuel, what do I get? 1,10 0,9068 16,19 15,57 11,81 10,77 9,93 7,14 17,31 15,99
1,10 0,9124 16,09 15,47 11,74 10,70 9,87 7,09 17,21 15,89
You would then have 12 gallons of 96,50 octane fuel, after the fuel has properly mixed. 1,09 0,9181 15,99 15,38 11,67 10,63 9,81 7,05 17,10 15,79
