SCRIPT FOR GRADUATION

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks
the conclusion of the educational journey and commencement of another more uncertain and
more difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and future. Truly, today signifies the
culmination of 7 years of hardwork in the relentless pursuit of knowledge; knowledge that will
enable a person to embrace opportunities and take on the challenges with clear vision and
purpose. Friends welcome to the _____ Graduation Exercises of Batuhan East Elementary
School with the theme : “Unity in Diversity:Quality Education for All”
Processional
Guests, friends, ladies and gentlemen, with pride and honor, let us all welcome the completers,
honor pupils and graduates of school year 2018-2019.

Let us give laud to the completers as they march towards the venue. This batch is composed of
2 sections: namely Section Rosas and Section Santan under the advisory Ms. Gladys F.
Bacolod.

Let us give a hand to the honor pupils of Grade 1- Maboot under the advisory of Mrs. Loraine D.
Amante

Next in line is the honor pupils of Grade II-Idolo, with their adviser Mrs. Virgie Y. Tayong

Comes next is the honor pupils of Grade-III Narra, under the advisoyr of Mrs. Fe P. Apaya

Now we have, Grade IV-Pisces honor pupils and conduct awardees, under the advisory of Mrs.
Ivy Katryn Ann C. Besmoonte.

Next in line is the Conduct Awardee of Grade-IV Capricorn, under the advisory of Mr Rolito D.
Gabona.

Now we have, Grade V- Mercury honor pupils and conduct awardee with their adviser Mrs.
Grace G. Payte

Next in line is Grade V-Neptune Honor Pupil under the advisory Mrs. Mary Jean Dumas

At this point let us welcome the members of the Graduating Class for the School Year 2018-
2019. This batch is composed of 2 sections, namely Grade VI-Einstein under the advisory of
Mrs, Charlyn Shane B. De La Rama and Grade VI-Newton under the advisory of yours truly.

With ample cheer, let us laud the Honor Graduates and Awardees as they march towards the
venue.
Let us welcome, the Grade VI-Einstein Honor Pupil and Awardees
Next in line is Grade VI-Newton Honor Pupils and Awardees

At this moment, let us give glad hand to the pillars of this institution, our dynamic and ever
supportive Public Schools District Supervisor Maam Rolecilia T. Endrina, the faculty and staff of
Batuhan East Elementary School headed by our beautiful and talented School head Maam Cyril
F. Delavin, together with the honoured guest Madam Ma. Cristina O. Clete.

Let us also welcome the stakeholders, General PTA Officials headed by ______________and
our Brgy, Officials headed by Maam Haydee Buncaras.

Philippine National Anthem and Prayer


To start with, let us all brace ourself as we manifest our sense of nationalism by singing
the national anthem to be conducted by Mrs. Fe P. Apaya, to be followed by a nurturing prayer
to be led by the graduating honor pupil Angela C. Aparejado.
Welcome Address
You may now take your sit. It’s always a pleasure to have family and friends of BEES
pupils for todays event as we honor our candidates for graduation, completers and honor pupils
and celebrate their acheivements. To formally open the program and welcome as all let us put
our hand together to the Dawn Zulueta of Batuhan East E/S, our BEESTA President Mrs. Ivy
Katryn Ann C. Besmonte.

Presentation of Candidates for Graduation


Completing the 194 school days was never a blockade for the 57 pupils to pursue in completing
the grade six level requirements. And now here they are, with smiles on their faces, very excited
to receive their certificates. So without further a-do, may I call on our School Principal Mrs. Cyril
Delavin to present the candidates for graduation.

Confirmation of the Graduates and Message

Now, to officially confer our candidates for completion and to deliver his/her message, let us all
welcome our Public Schools District Supervisor/Education Program Supervisor, Madam
Rolicelia T. Endrina, A warm, round of applause please.

Thank you so much maam for inspiring us and Congratulations to our graduates!

Introduction of the Guest Speaker

This year’s graduation and completion theme is Unity and Diversity, Quality Education For All
Indeed very timely since our country has been facing economic and social issues and the
government perceives our K to 12 learners as the ultimate remedy because of the knowledge
and practice of the 21st Century Skills.

Talking more about the theme, we invited a very special guest to inspire all of us. And to
introduce our Guest Speaker, may I call on Ms. Reychelle Ann M. Gohilde Grade III Teacher

Thank you so much sir/ma’am for coming over, gracing our affair and inspiring all of us.

(The best way to boast the institutions pride on how it has molded its pupils, is no other than
hearing it from the direct product of this institution. To tell us more about our guest speaker for
today, may I call on Ms. Reychelle Ann M. Gohilde Grade III Teacher?

Awarding of Cert. to the Guest Speaker


Ma’am please remain on stage as we award this Certificate of Appreciation for your presence.
May we request our school head and our PSDS to award the cert.of appreciation. Please allow
me to read the citation.
How about another warm, round of applause for our Guest Speaker? Thank you once
again!

Awarding of Cert.to Kindergarten Completers


At this juncture, may we request our PSDS/EPS, school head and guest speaker to do the
honor in distributing the certificate of completion to our kindergarten completers.

Awarding of Honors and Special Awards to the Graduates


It is said that the quality of a person’s life is in direct proportion to his or her commitment to
excellence regardless of the chosen fields of endeavour. Ladies and Gentlemen let us
recognize those students ordinary things and extraordinary as well.
May I request our honoured guest, PSDS and School principal to award the medals and
certificates to our honor graduates and awardees.
Congratulations once again to the honor graduates and special awardee. I believe that your
parents are indeed so proud of your achievements.

Dear graduates the moment that you have been waiting for has finally come. The fruit of
hardwork and discipline will finally reaped. You will now be receiving your prized, a symbol of
accomplishment. Your diploma.
May I request our school principal, PSDS and honoured guest for the awarding of cerrificates to
the graduates.
Pledge of Loyalty
Persistence and perseverance are some of the key factors for the success of the completer we
are about to mention. Please join your Myra A. Gonzaga Honor Graduate in reciting the pledge
of loyalty. Completers, please rise.

Thank you! May you live with that promise for the betterment of your Alma Mater and your
improvement as responsible citizens of the nation.

State of the School Address


Even the largest army is nothing without a general, she portraits the epitome of a good leader
ladies and gentlemen, let us put our hands together as we hear and be inspired by the State of
the School Address of our School Principal Mrs. Cyril F. Delavin.
Intermission Number
To serenade us with her golden voice, Let us all welcome Ashley T. Badao Grade V-Pupil of her
intermission number.

Music is the expression of soul . It moves emotion and feels with the movement of time.
Through a song that emphasize gratefulness and laurels, let us hear the graduates as they sing
their Graduation Song “Glowing Inside”

Message
To formally close today’s event, may I call on the ever supportive School Head of Bantigue High
School Sir Fermin B. Amontos.

Recessional
The closing has finally arrived, tomorrow, new challenges and opportunities await our graduates
that will further test there mettle as improving individual. As they continue with their journey.
They may look back to this stage on their life with fondness and pride. Ladies and gentlemen,
this concludes the _____ graduation ceremony of Batuhan East Elementary School. This has
been Janin Abegail Ayson, thank you for coming . Congratulations to the Completers, Honor
Pupils and Graduates.
