the work break-down structure (WBS). Below given 2 different business requirements. Please take any
one between them and perform the activities given under “Your Assignment”.

Client Business Overview:

The US based company is a global industry leader and delivering state-of-the-art projects & solutions
across the high-performance sectors including retail, healthcare, real estate and hospitality sectors. The
company is planning to expand their business in internet and want to build an online integrated
marketplace platform from where their registered sellers can sell the products & services to the end
consumers.

System Requirements:

The client is planning to build a web based marketplace platform that will connect buyers and sellers
seamlessly. Sellers can sign up to this portal, verify their business information, choose a subscription
plan and setup their store. Once the seller store is activated, they can add their products that they want
to sell to the customers. The portal will help sellers to manage their items, stocks, orders and reach out
to the potential customers. Buyers can easily search thousands of items offered by different sellers and
purchase the required items and make online payment.

Client Business Overview:

The client is a leading healthcare provider in USA and owner of the chain of multi-specialty clinics. At
present, all clinics are operating locally and perform tons of paper works for scheduling doctor
appointments, patient billing, scheduling diagnostic & radiology exams etc. The client’s biggest challenge
is manual operational workflow of the clinics, lower productivity of the staffs and missing business
reports.

System Requirements:

The client needs to build a ‘Patient Mobile App’ using which patients can easily book a healthcare
service (e.g. doctor appointment, radiology/diagnostic exam appointment etc.) from their nearest clinic.
Patient can book appointment, make online payment and search for available doctors, radiology exams
and diagnostic services. Admin can manage the patients, service level pricing, bills, listed doctors etc.
