EJ Pulling
Customer disputes, discrepancies and operational problems are part and parcel of the operations of any ATM network. The
introduction of Electronic Journals (EJs) is a step forward, but even this has its drawbacks considering the distributed location
of ATMs and logs as the logs need to be backed up on regular basis by the institution. Manual EJ pulling, maintaining backup
and searching for records through the files is cumbersome and rapid growth of machines is making the task more problematic.
The ideal solution to take care of the problem should encompass:
• Auto synchronization of EJ from all the machines.
• Storing the RAW file centrally to enable collaboration of work.
• Processing the file and storing the data on database to enable easy exploration of data.
• Facility to download RAW EJ from server to cater dispute requirements.
Automation of this process is a necessity as it is time consuming and unmanaged. Therefore, we have developed a software
to incorporating all the above-mentioned requirements.

Deployment and System requirement


The software will be deployed within two days of optimization of the system as per client’s requirement. The minimum
requirement of the system is 6 Gb RAM and 200 GB SSD space for the deployment.

Support level
Bank may reach out to our team for any technical support and service needed relating to the product. Our team will be
available throughout the year for the support and smooth operation of the services provided by us.

Costing
In consideration with the services to be performed by the service provider here under, client shall pay NRs. 2,50,000/- (in
words two lakhs and fifty thousand rupees only) annually excluding all applicable taxes. The fees will be adjusted annually at
an inflation rate of 10%.
