6-Channel PCM Voice Module: Description

The VC-6 is a 6-channel PCM voice module for the MEGAPLEX-2100 that supports toll-quality voice transmission. It digitizes analog voice signals using PCM standards to transmit up to 30 voice channels over an E1 link or 24 channels over a T1 link. The module has three interface options and supports various signaling modes. It provides loop-start and ground-start signaling for connecting to telephone lines or PBX systems.
