IMPORTANT
You are required by ANSI/SIA A92.3-2006 to read and understand YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES before you use or
operate this Aerial Platform.

This Manual and the manufacturer’s operation and safety manuals are considered integral parts of the Aerial
Platform and are VITAL TO COMMUNICATE NECESSARY SAFETY INFORMATION to users and operators.
They MUST BE KEPT ON THE AERIAL PLATFORM in the storage compartment.

The operation of any aerial platform is subject to certain HAZARDS that can be protected against only by the
exercise of INTELLIGENCE, CARE, AND COMMON SENSE. it is essential to have COMPETENT, CAREFUL

PERSONNEL, TRAINED in the INTENDED USE, SAFE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE of
this type of equipment.
