    Attached:

    1) January 10, 2011 purported notice of denial of by US Supreme Court Clerk William Suter.

    The notice failed to include any judicial record, which is the “entered” order, which the letter purports to
    notice.

    The record is yet another example of invalid record issued by the Clerk of the US Supreme Court William
    Suter.

    In a series of cases, attempts were made to inspect and to copy the judicial records of the Supreme Court of
    the United State, to discover the basis for similar letters from the office of Clerk William Suter.

    No judicial records were ever discovered in the paper court files, when access was permitted.

    In other cases, access to the paper records was denied.

    Access to the electronic records of the Supreme Court of the United States was so far never permitted.

    Such conduct by the Clerk of the Supreme Court of the United States was the basis for request for his
    impeachment by the US Congress. [1]
