2.2 Is Driver/Opt. attending daily TAKE5?

Check all controls and safety devices, check ground support & cribbing in place, crane level check all brakes / clutches for
proper adjustment, check for power lines and keep a 6 foot clearance from the top. DO NOT OPERATE CRANE IN AN
UNSAFE MANNER OR CONDITION. TAKE OUT OF SERVICE IF DEFECTIVE. Turn inspections in at the end of
the shift.
