    Important Conditions:

    pass is issued for unavoidable travel only. If you had provided any incorrect information to get this E-
    Pass, it will lead to penal action.
    2. The passenger(s) traveling may have to undergo the compulsory free or paid 'Facility Quarantine' at the
    centre identified by the District Administration for a period of 7 days (for those traveling within Tamil
    Nadu) or 14 days (for those coming from other State or other Country). Further the passenger(s) may
    have to undergo an extended 'Home Quarantine' for a period of additional 14 days.
    3. TN-ePASS is not transferable. Misuse of the TN-ePASS is liable for prosecution.
    4. The TN-ePASS must be carried by the applicant and produced for any verification by authorities
    5. Must use face mask, follow physical distancing and all other health protocols.
    6. None of the passengers should come from or go to any of the containment zones
    7. Forging an ePass or obtaining an ePass by submitting forged/fake/invalid documents or by giving wrong
    data is an offence punishable under the IPC and Epidemic Diseases Act.
    8. The individual has to confirm that she/he has not come into in contact with any Corona positive cases
    for the past 15 days.
    9. The TN-ePASS must be carried by the applicant and produced for any verification by authorities. The e-
    Pass copy may be printed and pasted on the windscreen of the vehicle and an electronic copy should be
    made available to the police and other personnel at various checking points. Applicants may note that
    many States have imposed various restrictions in respect of Inter State travel. Hence, the applicant
    must verify the same with the concerned authorities of the destination/transit States before they
    commence the travel. Applicants must adhere to the directions issued by those State Governments as
    well.
    10. The passes are issued subject to various public health advisories including use of face mask, social
    distancing and all other hygiene protocols.
