RECRUITMENT:
“Recruitment is the process of discovering potential candidates for actual or anticipated
organizational vacancies. Or from another perspective, it is a linking activity—bringing
together those with jobs to fill and those seeking jobs.” [DeCenzo and Robbins.] .

according to this definition discovering potential people for the actual and anticipating
organization vacancies to fill with jobs for those who are seeking the jobs.

TYPES & SOURCES:


There are two types & sources of the recruitment which are the followings:

1. Internal recruitment:
Recruitment with in the in the organization is called internal recruitment
2. External recruitment:
Recruitment through the reference, job portal , advertisement to fill the vacancies
of the organization is called external recruitment.

These are the some methods of the internal and external recruitment which are mentioned
in the above picture.
ADVANTAGES:
1. INTERNAL RECRUITMENT :
 LESS TIME CONSUMPTION .
 Already have Good relationship with employee.
 Easy to pick talented persons.
2. EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT:
 Cost of the recruitment minimized
 Get benefit from new talent
 Reduce the ration of unemployment.

DIS-ADVANTAGES:
1. INTERNAL RECRUITMENT:
 increase the ratio of unemployment in the country
 lack to take the benefits of new and fresh talent
 favoritism ratio increased
2. EXTERNAL RECRUITMENT:
 high time consumption
 cost of hiring increase
 lack of trained people

CONCLUSION:
RECRUITMENT IS THE PROCESS OF FILLING THE VACANCCIES WHICH ARE IN THE ORGANIZATION
THEY HAVE TWO MAJOR TYPES AND WITH THERE METHODS AND THERE ADVANTAGES AND DIS-
ADVANTAGES ARE ALSO ABOVE MENTIONED.
