aim of providing premium quality men's grooming, hair, skin care & wellness products at honest
prices.
You can find it online at www.nykaaman.com. Also, accessible on mobile apps (Android/ iOS)
Problem statement:
Provide suggestions on improving the NykaaMan online experience on web, mobile web & app
platforms.
Set of approach:
i. Identify the key user personas for online purchase for the brand
ii. Perform User research & Usability tests to gauge the user behavior & key pain-points in the
online purchase experience – Take help of surveys & usability test tools
iii. Propose key solutions/ product features to solve the identified user problems
iv. Define success metrics & perform a feature Prioritization exercise based on est. impact/ effort
v. Detail out the top solutions with wireframes, user journeys & estimated key metrics lift
