After this, once u pass demo. u are officially hired
Congratulations on passing the DEMO and welcome to my team!

Chapter 1.Trainings and tasks when opening classes:

Pls read and finish all these steps, which related to your booking rate seriously.
1. Finish all your personal information (so students can book your class) & Sending
me the network report and CPU date.

2.Know the working rules, and penalty: What is CB, and PAB, penalty of absence,
etc.

3. Conducting classes:
a. clock in
b. take classes (no cancellation, lateness and leave early)
c. leave remarks (At least four sentences, or u will be complainted by CS or students)
4. Giving schedule every Saturday!!
5. Two ways to find material and enter classroom:
2. Way 2: Enter classin directly:
Here are some tips for u.

First, about the class.

Please send me 3 days class first and after you finish it well, more slots can be opened for

you! Please be well known some important notes as below:

1) please send "I am ready" to the TM in your first day before the class.

2) Kindly update the next week schedule every Saturday. The earlier you update; more

classes will be booked.

3) Kindly check twice before you send the schedule details. You will be penalized if you

didn’t take the booked classes. Tutor who has too many cancellations will receive

the warning.

4) Your first week performance is very important! Please be on time and be active in

every class, which will leave a good impression to your students and students will keep

booking your class.

5) Please remember to clock in 10-30 minutes before the first class starts. And add the

students ahead of class to avoid lateness. And never leave early before class ends, each

class must last over 25 minutes, otherwise students may complain and they will never

book your class again. You may leave the classroom when it’s DELAYED.

6) If you encounter with any problem during class, such as student is absent/late/missing or

you can't hear the student etc. click "CS ASSITANCE" for help. And also keep me

informed after class about this problem. (Take a screenshoot if you could, it will be

helpful as a proof.) 15mins

7) Please remember to complete class remark in detail after each lesson on time! Only

finished class with class remark is regarded as valid class time, which will be calculated

in the salary.
Second, about complaint:

Why do students file a complaint?

1. Lateness.

2. Leaving class early.

3. Absence. ( failing to call PH CS to cancel classes in advance)

4. Poor connection.

5. Tutor does not focus on class.(bowing your head or typing without having interactions

with your students, scratching your skin or touching your nose, yawning, no eye contact

with students or little body languages, failing to respond to student's question in time, etc.

Please make sure you keep eye contact with student!)

6. Not covering the lesson material.

7. Tutor's teaching way is not suitable for students; Tutor's teaching ability is poor.

( speaking too fast, only asking student to read the whole passage without paraphrase,

no interaction with student, tutor only reading the material instead of guiding/ helping

student understand, etc)

8. Tutor is not enthusiastic or friendly; Tutor looks too serious. (seldom smiling at class,

seldom giving a reward or not encouraging your students. Pls make sure u give 20

rewards at least each class.)

9. Tutor is doing something irrelevant to teaching at class time.

10. Tutor has a bad teaching environment (dark, noisy, not tidy, unprofessional)

Third, about the probation.

Now you are during your *probation month*. Here are our requirements for passing

probationary:

1.No more than 1 *complaint* within 1 month.

2.No tutor's *cancellation* for at least 2 weeks.

3.More than 80% *booking rate* for 1 month.

4.Your average student's review points should not be lower than 4.98.

The training class will be divided into two parts, the first 15 minutes u will have a

class, and the rest 10 minutes, I will ask u some things, about:

1. If u’re familiar with the Classin, use more tool bars in the class, try to google

and type Chinese for me, and play Chinese audio.

2. Make a post or material about welcoming new students, by using English and

Chinese, the content can be welcome to my class, and ur own self-

introduction.

3. How to avoid late and leave early for class. What will happen if u have this bad

recording?

4. How to regarded ur class as valid class?

5. When to clock in, and the penalty if u failed to clock in.

6. How to be a good teacher?

7. Try to say some Chinese.
