Criteria 5 4 3 2 1
1. Clarity of the direction and items. The level of vocabulary,
structure and conceptual level of the respondents. The
direction and the items are written clear and easy to
understand.
2. Presentation and organization of the items. The items are
presented and organized in logical way.
3. Appropriateness of the items. The appropriateness of the
items showed the importance of the research.
4. Organization of the item in every category. It represents
the whole research in the items. The questions are enough to
the needs of the research.
5. Gaining the objectives. The instrument as a whole has met
the objectives.
6. Every question needs true answers for ongoing
research. There was no part of the questioner that shows of
being bias of the researchers.
7. The system of evaluation is appropriate to the item.
