PROJECT PROPOSAL: ZUMBA ACTIVITY

BACKGROUND

Residents in the area were lack of time to have exercises in their community. We BSE-1B
students decided to come up a “Zumba Dance Activity” in our chosen community. This would help them
to boost their energy. This activity serves as the remarkable souvenir to our chosen community.

OBJECTIVES

 To make them healthier than before


 To provide a happiness that they would not forget
 To promote unity and memorable experience between the residence of Brgy. Dulong Kalaw and
the students of Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena

SCOPE

This project may result to exercise our body especially our bones. A zumba is an exercise to
lessen fats or to become a hobby to have a healthy lifestyle and to target your goal to become physically
fit. This activity is one of the best ways to release pain, stresses and also to take care of our body.

PROJECT DURATION

Description of Work Start and End Dates


Phase One Prepare the music, dance and have a list 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
of participants.
Phase Two Stretch the body 8:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Phase Three Ready to dance the Zumba 8:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
