    if higher voltage models are used.

    CERTIFICATION REQUIRMENTS
    The clean room certification and acceptance procedures shall be in accordance with NEBB

    Procedural Standards for Certified Testing of Clean rooms.

    Qualified clean room performance testing (CPT) firm shall undertake the following tests for

    certification.

    #" Airflow Velocity and Uniformity Tests

    #" HEPA Filter Installation Leak Tests

    #" Room Particle Count Tests

    #" Enclosure Pressurization Tests

    #" Temperature and Humidity Uniformity Tests

    #" Sound and Vibration Tests

    #" Light Level and Uniformity Tests

    #" Recovery Tests

    #" Conductivity Tests

    #" Particle Fallout Count Tests

    #" Electrostatic Tests
