1. What do you know about the curriculum that is taught in this school?
 Aligned with DedEd’s policies and programs, our school adapt Kto12 Basic Curriculum. The curriculum
serves as a framework af teaching and learning. It also allowed the inclusion of the use of Mother
Tongue as a subject and a medium of instruction in a cone subjects in a primary levels. The curriculum
is significantly regarded as aspiral approach since learning is initiated from basic to complex.
2. Are you involved in the activities of the school? How?
 Yes, as a teacher I play a vital role in ensuring learning through activities inside or outside the
parameters of my classroom. I get involve in the planning, implementation and assessment
pahses/process of these activities.
3. Why do you get involved in the school activities?
 As a teacher, it is my mandate to be involved in school activities especially in crafting such that suits
diverse learners .
4. Do the activities contribute to the learning achievement of the students?
 Yes.
5. What is your most important involvement that contributed to the learning of the students? Give a specific
example
 Reading in a very significant skil, which each child should attain. Learning is meaningless without the
ability to read. Reality check, this seem unattainable for some. Proper implementation in my class in
perspective was one of the most important contribution to my pupils leraning.Letting them read with
comprehension would necessary letting them learn independently.
6. Would you like to continue what you are doing for the school curriculum? Why?
 Yes, I find it very significant.
