Officer ,/ Computer Assistant as per the advertisement -

1 High School: Mark Sheet and Certificate


2 Intermediate: Mark Sheet and Cenificate
J Graduation: Mark Sheet and Cenificate
4 Post-graduation (if applicable): Mark Sheet and Cei-tificate
5 Diploma,zDegree in Computer Science from recognized Institution/University, or
'O' level certificate awarded by NIELIT,zDOEACC Sociery, or ,CCC' cenificare in
Computer Science from recognized institute established by law in India.
The candidates are also directed ro provide such documents which prove the
recognition of the institute foom which they have obtained the Diploma or
Cenificate in Computers.
6 Domicile Certificate (only for reserved category candidates of U.p.)
7 Caste Cenificate (only for reserved category candidates of U.p.) in prescribed fornat
issued by comperent authority.

8 No Objection Certificate & relieving request (only for Centra.l / State Government /
P.S.U. Employees)

9 Discharge Certificate (only for Ex-servicemen of Navy.,rNaval Academy, Army and Air
Force service)

10. Certificate in favor of Spons Person


11. Disabiliry Certificate in favor of Disabled person
1.2 Identity Card issued by competent authoriry
13 Admit Card issued for Stage-i and Stage{I Examination and rwo colored passport
size photograph (that was uploaded in rhe Application form of the concerned
examination).
