POPUP Software User Guide
2 Environment require
Windows XP\Windows7\ Windows8\ Windows2008\ Windows2012;
Work with telephone recording software;
SQL Server(recommend):install SQL server2005 or above。
3 Install guide
insert CD to PC, run setup.exe , will install telephone recording system
automatic , after install complete, will create shortcut for customer
popup .
Note: default work path is C:\mdr\customertools

C click Test connection , display successful, click OK, and then click

Customer information:
Display all customers information, double click can modify info.
CallerID list:
Display all customers incoming call number,can modify callerID info
Distribution:
Can display sale list , double click can check out detail info.

Can display online agents , and can chat with online agent.

6 Setting
6.1 general
Select language : change and swap from ENG\CHS\CHT
Popup time: keep popup window how long time
Remote port: for other client PC used port .
Local port: for local PC port .
Note: remote and local port do not change .
Popup window for any call: popup window when have any new call.

Auto login next time: when open POPUP ,will automatic login with
current accout.

7 Customer edit
7.1 add new customer
click menu—edit---add new
Add new customer info , include company and linkman info , type
company info one by one , click Save button . then will automatic change to
link man interface , in linkman window, click ADD NEW , can add new
link man for current company , at last click save , and can add multi-
linkman for same company

IP address: when this customer have call in , this phone number just send
to beforehand setting IP address .
VIP : can display friendly window when have call in .
Blacklist: can display black list when have call in
Special number : can together work with TVRS – special number , just
record or not for special number

7.2 Modify customer info
select some customer , right click and click modify, can change old info
to new info.
Can delete customer info ,but need delete linkman info first.

can add user for logon popup ,
click Add, type account 、 password、name 、sex etc. active option need
choose.

Security manager can give every user different permission for operate

Edit –incoming manager or at incoming list , right click can have incoming
manager .

11 Internal information management
Internal information management can add company every one agent
information , can give agent workplan each other online.

Notice feature can support Administrator give notice for every agent which
who on line
12 Batch grouping
When create many customer information , can create group by name
\address etc.
13 Birthday tip
At blank area type wishes words , use ## replace customer name.

15 Query
15.1 Integrated query can support query by company 、address、phone、
group、linkman etc. and can export to *.doc or *.xls file type .

This query can search sale records by product、sales peaple、writer、
waybill NO、payment、memo etc. conditions. Can export to *.doc or *.xls file
type .
16 Help operation
16.1 Solutions operation
Solutions operation can add FQA feature , can add question type and
add more solutions one by one .

When add help class complete, at right area can add new questions and
answer , like as below , add new questions and answer then click save detail,
when add many info, will display all info at left area.
2 select external database type, at here , sample use SQL server input
to Access. At “where are you copy data” window , Select SQL server ,type
user 、password 、 database、table ,click next.

Note: assort import customer data , advise hit this operation.

At last ,click Next, until transfer database complete.
17 POPUP application
At every agent PC , when TVRS have new
incoming call, will pop-up new message window
at lower right corner .
If first incoming call ,just displayt as below:
when click number area, will pop-up incoming management , click blank area,
pop-up add new client information

number have incoming again, pop-up
