Since Human Behavior is as old as mankind, organizations cannot ignore the human factor.
Understanding the many aspects that can motivate employees and improve their productivity
can spell the difference between success and failure in the achievement of the organizational
goals.

This module presents the study of human behavior in the workplace. It provides insight on
how employees behave and perform including the interaction that takes place between and
among individuals and the organization itself.
