Saint-Gobain has been organized into 6 regions serving the local markets in the following businesses viz.
Distribution, Construction Products and Building Glass. The High Performance Solutions businesses are
identified to serve the customers globally in the High Performance Materials and Automotive Glass
products.
Over the years, the Group has made significant investments in India, achieving strong and profitable
growth, building an enviable reputation in the process. Today, it is a leader in all its major businesses. In
India, Saint-Gobain is a widely respected and recognized brand. Two large entities, Saint-Gobain India
Pvt. Ltd. (SGI) and Grindwell Norton Limited (GNO), a publicly traded company, house Saint-Gobain's
businesses in India.
Businesses in India:
The Glass and Glass Solutions business in India manufactures and markets clear, tinted and solar
control glass, fire resistant glass and other types of glasses, from its plants located in Tamilnadu (near
Chennai), Gujarat (Jhagadia) and Rajasthan (Bhiwadi ).

The SEKURIT business manufactures and markets automotive glazing and modular components for the
vehicle manufacturing segment and the replacement market from its plants located in Maharashtra
(Pune) , Tamil Nadu (near Chennai) and Rajasthan (Bhiwadi).

- Rs 300/= per incidental expense allowance calculated per day of work executed and also subject
to the completion of the 10 day project .
During the next 3 month of Sales Trainee - Target Based Internship ( Jan 2021 to March 2021 )
Your compensation :
Post training as On board employee in April 2021 subject to performance criteria being met as per
company guidelines.
Incentive :
Rs.1,20,000 per annum (Maximum Earnable incentive Rs. 1,80,000)

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop Market for SG Business in allocated area
Interacting & developing rapport with the customer at all levels for customer retention
and achievement of service revenues.
Identify streams of revenue generation.
Create Awareness of new products in SG by visiting individual homes.
To expand the presence of SG in markets.
