    SUMMARY OF CHAPTERS (1-5)
    1. It is the quality of Muslim to manage the affairs of the world with justice. Managers are
    supposed to establish equality (one of the tools is Salah or through worship).They
    ensure equal and fair distribution of wealth. They have to focus on the establishment of
    justice. The next task is to invite people towards good and forbidding employees for
    earning through unlawful means. In case of good or bad it is advisable to consult
    officials.

    2. The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬developed many qualities in his desert life .He (


    ‫ )ﷺ‬pastured and water sheep and goats around Makkah, to earn his livings.
    He participated actively in the events, where human being learns through involvement.
    He learned some aspects of leadership through experience. He (‫ )ﷺ‬learned
    the tactics of trade and He became famous for his honesty, truthfulness, intelligence and
    maturity. The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬learned the term of trade through dealing with
    the people of different temperaments, age and social status. The ancestral heritage made
    him rich in managerial capabilities.

    3. According to the premises of planning , Allah has taught all the managerial duties to
    his Prophets which they used to teach and convey to their nations .If we look upon to
    the managerial activities that Prophet Muhammad (‫ )ﷺ‬has done. It includes
    the establishment of Islam.

    4. Planning strategy of the prophet was to plan the target market or the customer of the
    product that is being sold. The parts of plan included, selling the product, motivating
    the people, educating them about the product and inspiring them .From starting
    “work from home” to expanding the idea to different countries was a great step. Home
    of Arqam was created to educate people the idea of practice .The Prophet (
    ‫ )ﷺ‬always motivated people on the life Hereafter. In order to expand the
    idea it is important to inspire and invite the people. Hospitality, teaching and looking
    after the new comers is important to gain their trust in the idea.

    5. The Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬planned a scope of undertakings: business, the


    executives of movement, the board of wars, reconciliation of Helpers and Migrants and
    the board of harmony bargains. He welcomed the leaders of different nations as a
    leader of the state in Medina. He battled wars with adversaries as an aggregate
    gathering while in Makkah. There was no aggregate endeavors with respect to the
    Muslim people group to safeguard him. The technique of dawah (when all is said in
    done) was individual, the Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬used to welcome individuals on one
    premise.
