1. Describe healthy eating habits?
Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need
to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein,
carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrition is important for everyone.
When combined with being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight, eating well
is an excellent way to help your body stay strong and healthy. By following healthy eating
habits, The first advantage you can see is lowering the risk of heart diseases. It will help
you to boost your mood and reduce the stress levels, and also will help you to perform all
daily physical activities well. Food with good nutrition combined with physical activity will
help you to lead a healthy weight and lifestyle and reduces the risk of chronic diseases like
cancer. Diets rich in fibre such as vegetables and fruits may reduce the risk of obesity,
health problems and type 2 diabetes. Healthy eating habits, overall, helps you gain the
benefit of weight loss, stroke prevention, building better mood, efficiency, and better
memory.

3. What must one eat prior to engaging in physical activity.
Your body is your vehicle, so you have to keep your engine running when you work
out. That means fueling up your body by eating the right foods and drinking the right
fluids, in the right amounts at the right times. Eating healthy carbohydrates such as whole-
grain cereals (with low-fat or skim milk), whole-wheat toast, low-fat or fat-free yogurt,
whole grain pasta, brown rice, fruits and vegetables.. Eat things with protein to help repair
and grow your muscles. Most importantly, keep hydrated by drinking a lot of water . You
may also blend your water with 100% juice such as orange juice which provides fluids,
carbohydrates.
4. What can we do to avoid emotional eating?
Overcoming emotional eating tends to involve teaching the sufferer healthier ways
to view food and develop better eating habits, recognize their triggers for engaging in this
behavior, and develop appropriate ways to prevent and alleviate stress. An important step
in managing stress is exercise, since regular physical activity tends to dampen the
production of stress chemicals, even leading to a decrease in depression, anxiety,
and insomnia in addition to decreasing the tendency to engage in emotional
eating.Engaging in meditation and other relaxation techniques is also a powerful way to
manage stress and therefore decrease emotional eating. Therefore, engaging in one or two
meditation sessions a day can have lasting beneficial effects on health, even
decreasing high blood pressure and heart rate
