V5 reintroduction food suggestions

Each reintroduction meal can be approximately 150 calories.


Both reintroducing meal of the day must be same. Not more than 1 new item to be added in a day.
You can download any calorie count app and play around with permitted items within calorie content

Samples

• 100 grams banana


• 100 grams apple, 5 almonds
• 80 grams millet upma with 1 tbs coconut chutney
• 75 grams coconut rice
• 75 grams lemon rice
• 100 grams papaya + 5 walnuts
• 100 grams pineapple + 10 g pista
