Fault code 65, 61 and 67:
When the logic card is changed, and if initializing of logic-card is incorrect, then error code #65 will
happen. To prevent such case, please use the information from this bulletin.
Also when error code #61 or #67 occurs, please conduct initial adjustment of controller by the information
from this service bulletin.
For error condition, please refer following table:
How to set the SUOs when the Traction, Hydraulic or Both Logics where replaced. (and when error code
#61 or #65 #67 occurred):

3. Deleting stored fault data
Stored fault data can be deleted as follows after all of them
have been reviewed:
(1) With “done” displayed in the hour meter area in the
display unit, set the DRS switch in the S (set) position
and wait for more than one second.
(2) Place the DRS switch in the R (run) position.
(3) The hour meter area displays flashing “done”, showing
that all the stored data have been deleted.
NOTICE: It is generally not recommended to erase fault
data. Fault data are useful as aids for proper
management of the truck.
The method to enter the mode (to cause the initial display
to appear) differs from group to group. Perform any of the
following operations as appropriate
.
Group 1: Set the DRS switch to S, and turn on the key
switch. The display shows “(option #) 1”.
Group 2: Set the DRS switch to S, and turn on the key
switch while keeping the lift and tilt levers pulled
back with the seat switch OFF. The display
shows “(option #) 11”.
Group 3: Set the DRS switch to S, and turn on the key )
switch while keeping the attachment 1 lever
pulled back with the seat switch OFF. The
display shows “(option #) 40”.
