2. Attach approval letter from employer or from appropriate authority for the candidate who are working
in a public or private organization.
3. Attach 05 copies of passport size photo, attested copy of all academic mark sheet/transcript and
certificate, evidence letter/certificate of related research work/teaching/other service experiences.
4. Copy of published articles (MPhil applicants may also attach).
5. Original copy of Migration Certificate.
6. Five copies of synopsis on the title of research.
7. Attach original copy of Bank Deposit Slip of application processing fee.
8. Applicants may use additional paper if needed.
9. Foreign applicants must attach photo copy of work permit (if applicable) and passport including visa
pages.
