1. Where you live?

- I live at Casulming 2 Street, Maniboc, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

2. What Barangay?

- I live in Barangay Maniboc, Lingayen, Pangasinan.

3. History of your part of the town Residential Graphic Presentation/ Map of your Barangay.

- Lingayen, officially the Municipality of Lingayen is a 1st class municipality and capital of
the province of Pangasinan, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a
population of 103,278 people.  Lingayen is compose of 32 Barangay including our
barangay the Barangay Maniboc.

4. Where did the name of your barangay came from? What is the story? Municipality is
allowed (Ex. Lingayen)

- The name of our barangay is came from the name “Siboc“ or “Maniboc”. The meaning
of this barangay "Maniboc" is to blow or to produce air, since the source of living here is
the making of bagoong. The melting equipment in the making of bagoong is manually
blown to produced heat and since the purpose of blowing is to inject air, about 95% in
the industry were affected with air in the head that resulted to braggartness. This place
is the only City among the barangays of Lingayen, the capital of Pangasinan. The other
product of Maniboc City, is the best producer of quality "bagoong" salted fish.
