    1) The site visit & meetings will be conducted by following all the Statutory COVID-19 Guidelines
    issued by GoI (Wearing of Mask, Social Distancing, Sanitization etc are mandatory)
    2) Progress display boards to be presented at designated locations during site visit by respective
    package contractors.
    3) All the concerned executives are requested to follow the time schedule of visit & be ready
    with the concerned contract package in charges, so as to explain to the Senior Management.
