    TRANSFER OFFICE IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS
    The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of Fu Shou Yuan International
    Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that the Company’s principal share
    registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands will change its company name from
    ‘‘Estera Trust (Cayman) Limited’’ to ‘‘Ocorian Trust (Cayman) Limited’’ with effect from
    April 6, 2020 and the Company’s registered office address will remain unchanged as and
    is maintained at P.O. Box 1350, Clifton House, 75 Fort Street, Grand Cayman
    KY1-1108, Cayman Islands.

    The Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office will remain
    unchanged as and is maintained by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited
    of Shops 1712–1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai,
    Hong Kong.
