Terms and Conditions for the Athenaeum InterContinental Athens


 The Hotel requires an advance payment equal to one night’s rate payable by the 4 TH July 2008, to
guarantee space.
 Cut off date for the CST 2008 & ECT 2008 room block booking is the 4TH July 2008. From 05th
July 2008 and onward, guestrooms and the room negotiated rate will be offered subject to
availability.
 One night cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations before 15 th of August 2008
 Two nights cancellation fee charged for cancellations between 15 and 28 August 2008
 Cancellations from 29 August 2008 and non shows will be charged in full.
 Prices quoted include VAT government taxes at the present rate. Should these rates alter, the
Hotel Athenaeum InterContinental reserves the right to adjust its’ prices.
 In case of an early departure, each participant will be charged for the entire stay.
