OpenDoors is an apartment where an individual, couples, families, will be

satisfied by the services and packages that were offered by the company. Our business
is aiming to have a budget-friendly rental fees in the rooms offered, An events place and
rentals including technical support and design set up; whereas, a celebration can now
be reach by your hand. A gymnasium is also being offered to maintain the fitness and
health of our customers. OpenDoors opens an affordable and memorable place for
everyone in their special and non-special occasion, providing technical support and
great place setup. We make life easier while you make memories with you family.
1.1 Problem
Home is place where you can be happy, healthy and basic needs being satisfied.
The demand on having a complete set of needs in one place is what we should
maintain. And dealing with problems such as rental and equipment quality, satisfaction
in every event and maintaining daily needs stuffs can now be handled through the help
of technology. The innovation of technology matters, because as time goes by, it helps
to make things easier.

complete and satisfying services for the clients. Challenges and problems may

hinder the possible problems that the company will be facing. The company looks on
the long term /(long lifespan) of the materials, equipment, designs and etc. that our
company believes that is where we find on the high quality materials and products were
going to invest. Challenges and problems may encounter but the innovation of
