Dear Sir,
My name is (name) and I am from (area name) and here in (Another Area name) due to some business
meetings (Purpose). As I had to stay here for a few days, so I booked a room in your hotel. Though
everything was ok here and I had a good reception and all the services were good. But, I wasn’t satisfied
with the food, and every time I ordered something I got poor food. As you know our health depends on
what we eat, and if you won’t offer good quality food to your guests, you will lose your reputation.
(Describe your problems and situation). I have some suggestions about this issue,
First of all, I think you should add more items to your menu, Secondly, always make fresh food, because
frozen food is bad for health.
Give attention to presentation as well, because well-presented meal leaves a good impression on

Always consider cleanliness, because messy decoration and dishes not only reduces the appetite but it’s
also very bad for your hotel’s image.
