Summary:

I selected soccer as leisure and emotional as motivation dimension. The performance of a soccer

player depends on emotional stability. This study was aim at finding out the impacts of

biofeedback on soccer skill’s performance. Fourth two players were divided in not three groups

on the bases of physical and mental indicators. It was seen betterment in juggling skill due to

biofeedback treatment, such betterment was only seen in volunteer of experiment. They became

more responsive and more dedicated. Hence, it magnifies the involuntary response and control

emotions which are influencing more. The article seemed interesting because it explains about

overcoming emotional instabilities and improvement in soccer skills. The lesson I learned is that

motivation is directly related to emotional stability and performance.
